Your Music shuffles ALL instead of just album or playlist - Android

Free user, and I'm fine with it shuffling, however I would at least like it to only shuffle within the album or playlist.

I've added several playlists and albums to the 'Your Music' section

I've noticed that I'll pick a playlist and then about 3-4 songs in, it will shuffle to another playlist with the same style/genra

Or if I pick an album and hit shuffle, it will play 3 or so and then start playing from a different album of the same artist.

Is this by design, or a bug?

HI,

You are right, this is by design.

The free version allows shuffle play by Artist, Album or Playlist. It will then shuffle play, if you are playing anything with less than 12 tracks it will also include suggested tracks into the mix.

Don't forget you get 6 skips per hour whilst playing free.

Thanks for the explanation.  That makes perfect sense because 2 of the albums in particular are 6 and 11 tracks and the playlist had 10.
