since getting the new Android I have not been able to use Spotify Premium service. It says that I only have the free service. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I can also no longer access my playlists and the radio option is not working please advise

Can you try checking your Account page?
Also, make sure you're using the right account details as it's easy to mix up Spotify Accounts and Facebook accounts
