android app can be used by a spotify free account?

I have seen a Artikel on the Spotifyside that I can use the android app with a free account, but with ads.

I come from germany and it doesnt work why?

If it will comes later when would release this update?

Hey @user-removed ! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Using your android device in Germany will require you to have a Spotify Premium subscription. 

Spotify users in the US can use mobile radio on free accounts on their mobile devices due to different licensing laws in the US, everywhere else requires a premium account to use Spotify on any mobile device.
