being charged $11 dollars a month and getting adds

My phone died about a month ago and i lost all my music downloads - now with new phone Lg4 i cant get back any of my music have tried logging in but my account is gone- whats more annoying is i am now being charged for spotify and am getting adds!! And have to upgrade to premium at a higher cost !!!! Please help

Check that you logged into the correct account. If your playlists and saved music are missing, check the user name shown on the email receipt and log in with that. If it's a 10 digit number,use the "log in with facebook" option.
