For some reason (perhaps due to an update) Spotify no longer works on my phone... I am paying for the premium service (9.99 per month) and I can only play it on my computer when I am at home. Part of the reason why I love spotify is because I can use it whilst out and about, so at the moment I am very frustrated, especially on the commute to work!! 

 

I have a Samsung Galaxy Mini. Never had any problems with other apps before. I have tried rebooting my phone, taking the SD card in/out, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, tried to 'force stop' and clear cache, I have even reformatted my phone... but nothing has worked... 

 

Has anyone had this problem? Is there anything I can do? 

There is no option to update Spotify in play store. I am screeeweddddddd!!!!!!! wahhhh

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

It sounds like you are experiencing a white screen bug, which is being talked about in this topic.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon!

Try a clean reinstall following the steps in this topic.
