can't play titels from Dire Straits

Does it also happen to other artists?

Anyway, please try a clean reinstall of Spotify to see if this fixes the problem:

The Problem is with all Song from Dire Straits.

Hi, the problem is still there and I don't have a soulution. Is the community the only Way, spotify can help me ? Is there no official support ? I mean I pay for my account. I hope you understand, that i'm disapointed.

I have the same problem. Nothing helps, signing out, reinstalling, etcetera. It online happens with Dire Straits songs. What is the sollution?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community.

Can you let us know the country of your account? Since sometimes content gets removed from the platform in certain countries due to licensing issues or demand from the rights holders. This could be one possibility why the songs are not playable.

We can check this availability on our end, if you tell us the country of your account and the titles or albums you can't play.

If all content from Dire Straits is not playable, the going to their artist page on the Mobile app, click the 3-dot menu and check if you've accidentally blocked them.
