can't save new music to my account

can't save new music to my account

Evertime I try to save any new music to my account it says it is saved and the a short time later when I return it is gone. I've tried removing my devices & completely removing the app. Then reinstalled only to have the same problem. Galaxy S5 -Brad

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

It's happening the same to me! And I've already try the same than you and I've just got the Premium version! Help! Galaxy S4
