cant listen to album

hi, im trying to listen to a Nightwish's album named Dark Passion Play, and only 1 song is working.. the rest of the album i see the songs and everything but can not listen to them..

I noticed some songs missing from my playlist as well, all from dark passion play. Tried searching for the album and it doesnt seem to show up on spotify at all for me. Maybe they are having legal issues with annete?
