My Question or Issue

I cant play music in my own playlist or other playlists, there all empty. 

Thats since last Software Update. Ive reinstalled the App Several Times but Nothing has changed. The Webplayer works on the Handy.

 

What Else can i do?

Sorry to hear that @LeoStein 

Maybe we should try some of the troubleshooting steps in This thread 

They include ;

  • Try logging in on a different device
  • Try logging out of your account and back in
  • Remove your SD card and try again
  • Clearing cache on your device. Also make sure the device has enough memory.

If none of that works, you can always refer to the thread to see if there are any alternatives. I will be waiting to hear from you.

Hey, the solution was to remove the SD card.
I reset my phone yesterday hoping it would work. If I had known earlier that it would be so easy, I would not have done it.

Hello there @SveinHaustveit .


@LeoStein would certainly help us by confirming that but I will guess that the removal of the SD card is a temporary measure.
Otherwise it wouldn't be a solution if it holds you from ever using the card again.

This means you can put it back in and if there are any more issues, feel free to reach out.
