I got the rest of my family set up on the family premium.... However I cannot get it to work on my son's tablet...  it lets me enter his information but will not continue with the sign up....it wont light up the submit button??

 The app is downloaded and can play music...

Hey @BRADLEYGRAHAM.

 

If your son is unable to sign up for Spotify, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to do so.

 

As a last resource, try using a different device to sign up and join the Family plan.
