Is there any API call, or programmatic way to get get libspotify app key, other than web access?

I need to use libspotify API, but want to get the app key other than: https://devaccount.spotify.com/my-account/keys/

Libspotify had been depreciated and is replaced with the Android sdk using OAuth. Please see the sdk page linked below:
