help! wont play any songs!

Hi, I have the spotify android app and when I click on a song it won't play, there's no sound?! What's wrong? So disappointed cos I loved using it, but am seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription now 😞

Do.you have a premium subscription? If it looks like its playing but there's no sound try restarting your phone - this solves it often

Have you tried simply fully restarting your device (battery pull)? 

If you are still having issues, try following the troubleshooting steps in the android troubleshooting topic.

Have the same problem! Dont get any sound on my mobile. Done the troubleshooting thing. I have a Desire HD. Please help.

Hi there!

Is your device rooted and/or does it have a custom ROM installed?

Please could you factory reset your device if you haven't already, and also ensure that it is updated to the latest HTC Android OS 🙂
