issue with local files

hi,

i just added two local files from my pc to spotify and added them to a playlist. after that i synced my phone (htc one m8).

on my pc the files work perfectly fine with spotify but on my phone the app keeps crashing or sometimes even going haywire (it keeps on

playing the next song after like five seconds into the previous one and it only stops when i turn off the device).

that problem only occurs after i played one of the local files

does anybody know how to fix that issue?

p.s. the files are mp3s.

I've definitely noticed issues sometimes with local files on Android but not really to the extent you describe. Have you tried any other files to see if it's only those particular ones that are the problem?
