login in another country

Hello users, I set up my spotify account in the UK, am now working in Switzerland and I cannot access my playlists as when asked to login it identifies that I am in a different country.. any ideas how I can listen to my playlists

As a free user, you can only listen to music abroad for 14 days, the solution?

• Buy premium
• Change your country in order to listen to music for free in thecountry where you are.

On my android I cannot get into my account as it blocks it automatically due to country up address, any ideas how I can access my account or do I need to set a new one up??

You can chnge your country here, if you cannot change it you can do the following:

• Clean browser's cache
• Try in incognito mode
• try with another browser

If this doesn't work you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
