music is fine but all podcasts are garbled

Hello.

Out of the blue on my LG Stylus phone, all podcasts are completely garbled.

Listening to music is fine. No change.

Just the podcasts. I uninstalled Spotify, clean the storage data, shut down and re-power my phone, re-installed Spotify from Google Play. Same problem.

Did that 4 times. Still not working.

PLEASE HELP !! i am lost without listening to the Daily, Pod saves America etc.

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

As we haven’t seen any similar posts about this recently, could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this? If you do, we’d first recommend trying a clean reinstall of the app on your phone since this step is more thorough than a regular reinstall and will remove any corrupted files from previous installations.  

If that doesn’t do the trick, make sure you try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings on your mobile device. We recommend trying this since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.
