no setting to move downloaded songs to sd card

unlike some of the other posts I have seen stating that they're downloaded songs simply won't save to the sd card, but do have the option to. I have no setting at all, I used to, but when my phone was completely reset I redownloaded spotify and the setting was gone. I have been running extremely low on space and the spotify app is taking up a majority of it.

Hi. What device, android version and spotify version are you using?

If you're running android 6+, can you confirm that your SD card is formatted as portable and not internal storage?
