My Question or Issue

 For about an month my account says it's offline.  I  can browse music so it is gathering online info. 

Anything I try search comes up saying I'm offline or if I'm listening and try 'go to artist' the options are greyed out. 

I've deleted app, reset cache, logged out etc. 

This is an issue across both my phone and computer

Kinda defeats the purpose of paying for Spotify

Spotify is aware of this problem and there is Ongoing Issue about it in the community here. Please add your feedback there, it will help to resolve it faster.

This is helpfull, kinda. no solutions yet though ๐Ÿ˜ญ
