playing my playlist offline abroad

hi, i went to lanzarote last december and  couldnt play my playlist offline. only way i could do it was to purchase wifi at hotel..very expensive. I am sure in the past i have been able to play my playlist without hotels wifi. i am a premium customer. any help would be welcome ..we are off to Lanzarote again on tuesday !! Thanks ,...Phil

Hey, I would say re-download the playlist before you leave again. Also, make sure to see that every song in the playlist works fine with the app on Offline Mode. There's also an option to download over cellular but that might also be expensive depending on if you have a phone plan. Hope I helped!

I'm sorry you seem to be having difficulty in playing your playlist abroad. You may want to try going to this playlist of yours and clicking the "download" button while connected to wifi (in your case likely someplace domestic that you won't need to pay for your wifi or at home), once your playlist downloads you can select the "offline" in the playback section of your settings. You should then be able to listen to your music without any trouble at all.
