playlist not downloading on my Android.

I have checked my bank payments and the premium account money was taken out but I can't download and songs!! Please sort it or I want a refund for the last month!!

Can you stream on the phone? That would indicate that your premium subscription is working. What happens when you try to download? A bit more info would be useful

Ok basically when ever I try to download things nothing happens... It just stays at 0%. but as I can stream songs I know there is nothing wrong with my connection...

Same issue for me and a ton of other people. Not sure why Spotify doesn't want to fix this problem...

When trying to download a playlist that has local files in it, the playlist sits at 0% Downloading. When I download a playlist that only contains Spotify tracks, it syncs/downloads just fine.

Phone isn't rooted, has plenty of space, latest version of software, Android 4.1.1. On a Mac. Premium Spotify subscription.
