premium doesn't work on new phone

premium doesn't work on new phone



I just got a new phone (Huawei P8 Lite 2017) and my premium account won't work on it. I can log in to my account but it tells me that I'm not a premium user even though I am. 

I tried to log out and log in again but it still tells me I'm not a premium user.


Can anybody help me? 🙂

Let's get you grooving to the music again! First of all, the most common solution to this issue is that you have duplicate accounts. First, see if you can see all of your playlists. If so, this is probably the problem. If it is, check your email to find the confirmation email sent by Spotify to see which account is attached to Premium. This should solve your problem.
