premium not working on my samsung galaxy s2

Ls,

 

Since i got a smart tv (Samsung) and a samsung phone i purchased premium. This is working on my desktop and tv but not on my phone. It says no internet  connection which is not true. I tried the trial version, once... these settings are still to be seen.

please help, for i am a big fan

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Firstly, I would suggest you try all of the steps outlined in the android troubleshooting guide to see if anything there gets it going again for you. There is also a massive topic and discussion about this error in this topic.

I had this issue start on my phone the other day. Rather than a complete reinstall I force closed the app and wiped its data and cache from the android system setting area. Then when I went back into the app and logged in again all was ok
