"behind the lyrics" feature isn't working (android user)

 I'm on spotify mobile for android. I recently decided to make a new account in which i did around 2 months ago (both are premium) On my old account i have the lyrics feature working perfectly  and on my new account my lyrics feature is enabled yet not working. What should I do?

Just to check, is this happening with all songs or just with some specific ones? Also, could you let us know with which song are you trying? 

 

Additionally, can you let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?
