shuffle isnt working

when I use shuffle for my playlist on my android instead of playing all of the songs shuffled it just shuffles about 1/3 of them and plays those over and over again without ever adding the rest to the queue. It doesn't do this on my pc though.

What Android and Spotify version are you using? Are you sorting or filtering these playlists before shuffling? Also, is it happening when you use Spotify Connect from your phone to other devices?

In the meantime, try reinstalling Spotify and shuffling the playlist without a filter or a specific order.
