sometimes songs didn't play sound

Hi, I'm an android user, and when I have extreme audio quality turned on, sometimes when I want to listen a song it starts to play but without sound, and I have to retry like 4 times. How can I solve it?

Odd. Is this on WiFi & Mobile data? sounds like possibly something either reducing or limiting your bandwidth

I have the problem in both. the weird part is that Spotify wastes internet, even if I don't listen the song, Spotify uses internet, I know this because in my phone is displayed the usage of kbps in real time.

How can you tell it's Spotify using the data?

Maybe try a clean install as per the troubleshooting guide sticky at the top oof the Android forum.
