spotify connect issue with raumfeld one s

So, a couple of days ago I bought a Raumfeld One S and I have been having issues with it ever since. When I first set it up I couldn't connect with spotify connect. I selected my raumfeld from the lis of available devices and underneath it it said connecting. It stayed on connecting for about 30 seconds and then went back to sSpotify Connect without even my phone being connected.A couple of hours suddenly while having done the exact same thing as I had already done it worked. Then I moved my raumfeld and had to redo the setup. From then on it didn't work anymore.

Is there a logical explanation for this? How can I solve this issue, and is this issue located in my phone, my raumfeld or in the spotify servers?
