spotify keeps deleting my downloaded music

spotify keeps deleting my music
a few weeks back it just deleted half, i downloaded it agaon, all was fine
two days ago it deleted all my downloaded songs but one (yay)
i dont have wifi at home so today i went into uni and downloaded all my 3200 songs in extreme quality for six hours
back home i want tl listen to my music
doesnt matter if i click on songs or artists, all i can see is a green turning loading circle
after what feels like half an hour and hundreds of reopenings of the app it finally shows the "your music will appear here" notification
again everything is gone
since i dont have wifi at home i want to dowoad my music
i expect from spotify that this works since they give us the option to do so
what can i do to fix this?
i dont want to spend hours downloading it agaon just to see it deleted in the next moment
quite disappointing

Could you first try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If this doesn't work, we can try a few other things.
