spotify keeps deleting my family members

hi spotify, why do you do this, even tho we have the same address? it is so annoying, i cant re-invite them, nor is it easy to get in touch with you guys.

do you need me to send bills or our identity cards to you as proof of address? geez, if you have such trust issues, dont offer a family plan.

please reactivate the account. thanks.

I hace the same issue my son could not be connected again to my family plan because Spotify can't verify we live in same place.
Also I resend the link had same result. Now I have 2 members with same email which I can't delete.
