spotify keeps on downloading: songs and playlists not available

HELP !!

For a 2 weeks now spotify keeps on downloading songs, and i have not been adding any new songs.

When offline (no netwerk or in offline mode) there are a lot of songs not available for playing.

I need some help:

- How can i contact the protify helpdesk ?

- Can i reset my account so it wil re-download all the songs?

- Is there another reason that it keeps on downloading songs ?

Similar/same problem.  I successfully downloaded and played my downloaded playlist offline.  Then I had issues with it saying it was playing and not having any music come out. NOW it says that that same list is downloaded but I cant play it offline AND if I try to get it to redownload it says there is no space.  I have tried uninstalling spotify.. logging out and in.. shutting my phone all the way off and then reinstalling.. This is incredibly frustrating. I have paid for spotify premium and I expect these issues to be worked out promptly.
