upgrading from Normal Quality downloaded to Extreme Quality downloaded

I just switched from Normal Quality downloaded to Extreme Quality downloaded.

Before switching I downloaded about 20 albums while the setting was still Normal Quality downloads.

What do I need to do to get my already downloaded albums up to Extreme Quality?  Will they upgrade themselves from Normal Quality to Extreme Quality?  Or do, I need to remove and re-download them in order to get them up to Extreme Quality?

Usually they will update themselves. But to make sure, you could remove them and then redownload them.
