won't load new artists on my android phone

I have an htc m7 running 4.4.2. Recently I have run into a problem when I go to see what new music has come out on Tuesday, and only a few of the new albums will load. Otherwise, there is just a green spinning loading symbol. It has been doing this for about three weeks now and only happens on my phone (that is to say, not on my iPad, laptop, or other phone I have it installed on). Please help as this is maddening for me because I love listening to the newest albums. Thank you.

So I tried the clean install, even going through the file manager to get all the files deleted, and still no luck. Everything else works fine; it's just the new music selection will not load. Thanks for the attempt though.

That is odd then, I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
