In the last weeks it works badly, very slow, the searches do not find results, I am going to cancel my subscription

That doesn't sound right! Let's try to troubleshoot this 🙂 Does it happen across multiple devices or just one? If it happens to more than one devices you have Spotify installed on, try checking your internet connection in case it has an issue (eg. rebooting your modem etc). If it happens in one device, try a clean reinstall of the app. You can find a step by step guide here.
