Access international playlist / find international Playlist IDs

Hi everybody,

I am trying to access international playlist IDs via the Spotify API for an academical projects analyzing the differences and changes over time in international listening behavior. By my understanding it is only possible to get access to those playlists originating from the country that your spotify account/payment details are located. Do you guys know a way to get access to the IDs from Spotify playlists of different countries? Would be great if you can give me some tips.

you can search on google "public spotify playlists" it will show you the popular public playlists which you can find them in spotify
