Thanks for reaching out. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

If you've reached the offline device limit for your account, we'd recommend removing your downloads on the other devices you've used. If that doesn't help, you can simply clean reinstall the app on those using this guide.

If you don't have access to the devices, you can simply wait 30 days since the last time you've used those devices and the downloads will get removed automatically by our system.
