Annoying verbal song id at every music pause

Just started happening about 3 weeks ago. Every time I open Spotify with the Android Auto app and pause for instance when I do a hey Google or start a phone call Spotify says and I quote Spotify then it repeats the song name and the artist name. This happens every time Spotify disconnects reconnects or pauses during play in Android Auto mode.

My car thing was starting to randomly prompt me to use the voice feature during the middle of playback, which would pause my music. I am getting kinda over spotify and how buggy their app is.
