Awful Tiktok Ui - any official comments from spotify?

I keep getting mods have merged a topic emails, but the silence from spotify is a great advert for poor customer relations! 

Any clarification would be great, because we do pay alot of money for the service!

Is the app keeping this design?

Yes - Not for me i will move on.

Yes, tiktok ui will be a selectable tab

, old home screen will be default - i can live with that.

No, will admit its a bad design and not a suitable ui for audio. It would work in a music video tab  - yes, that would be great 

Any official feedback from spotify would be nice, if i haven't already missed it.

I’ve confirmed with Spotify’s engineering team that the redesign is here to stay regardless of user feedback, they make money on the auto plays and will utilize that over making money from premium users going forward. I already moved to Apple Music.

Well, that's awful. I truly hope the worst for this company. So frustrating to deal with.
