Bluetooth headphones won’t connect

Hi

I have Apple phone and can only use Bluetooth, so Bose headphones connected. Good

But

The sound plays via phone not headphones 🥵🥵🥵

Any ideas as seems most odd and indeed annoying

I had once same kind of problem with my android phone. It was super annoying. I also tried different headphones, but the problem was the same with them. If I remember right, I got problem solved by removing all the bluetooth devices from my phone. I restarted my phone and then connected headphones back to my phone. You could also try to check if you have some system updates available on your phone. Apparently you can also reset your bluetooth in iphone by going to the settings and holding your home button and power button at the same time until you see an apple logo. After that you should forget again all the bluetooth devices and then connect your headphones back to it. I hope these steps could help you.
