Can't pay via mobile carrier

Hi Spotify community. I stumbled upon a roadblock with my payment. I've been paying via mobile for the service but all of a sudden I can't anymore. I get the this page when choosing mobile option (attached)

If you haven't had any problems with this in the past, do you mind trying to open the payments page in an incognito window or a different browser?


If that doesn't work, could you send us a screenshot of the previous menu, ie the page showing the payment options that are available to you prior to entering your details?

Thanks for helping out.

Unfortunately issue still persist even in incognito page.

I can see 'Subscribe on mobile' in the premium page, but upon clicking I
get the 'looks like you're not eligible' notice. Attached both screen

Just to confirm, are you currently subscribed to Premium on your account? If so, have you prepayed, or are you on a monthly subscription?


If you're on a monthly Premium subscription already but you're seeing the option to subscribe, it could be that you're not logged in to the right account. Do you mind double-checking to make sure that's not the case?

Just double checked & triple checked that I am a monthly subscriber. Next
renew date is 13/8. And I am on the correct account.
