Can’t turn off smart shuffle

What’s going on with smart shuffle?

All of a sudden I can only listen with smart shuffle, or no shuffle at all… if I tap the shuffle icon it used to cycle between all three, but now only goes between one or the other, but not normal shuffle?

I just want to listen to my playlists in a random order without Spotify recommendations thrown in!!
