Cant sync PC files because phone "is in another network"

Yes, i have verified it, my phone and pc are both connected to the same network. I have no idea why it says my pixel 6 is in another network, i have verified its my phone since my pc detects my google tv spotify on the same network. Has anyone had this issue before? I used to be able to sync files before, but as far as i know i didnt install anything that messes with the network.
