Clear albums played on Home page

I want to clear my Home Page from showing recently played albums.

My wife informed me that there was **bleep** on Spotify and we are trying to protect our son so I looked up **bleep** on the search feature. I clicked an album to see what it entailed. Now the album is embedded on my home page. No matter how many albums I listen to, it stays on my recently played feature. 

Please help me remove it from my profile.

Also, it is humorous that Spotify allows "p---" (rhymes with corn) on the search feature for anyone to access, but it "bleeps" out the word on the community chat.
