Duo Set Up

I have Duo & have sent the link via Messenger to my wife to activate her as the other user. She already had a free Spotify account. She clicks the link which opens her Spotify but nothing happens to prompt her to verify her address & activate Duo. How do I get that to happen? Thank-you, Scott

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

 

When the invite is not prompting the information it could be related to the internet connection. First, we'd recommend trying using a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference.

 

If the issue persists, we'd recommend that your wife accepts the invite using a different device (making sure her account is logged in) to verify if it could be device-related or not.
