During change subscription from individual to duo and something went wrong

I thought that the duo pack can fit to me and my partner. So I clicked to the duo subscription button, but on the detailed page I could see that we need to live in a same household. Because we are living in different city I did not finalized the process. I surprised that I had no possibility to get back to my individual pack. According to the page, I have already bought the duo pack, but I did not! I had no charged for duo subscription. So, finally I cancelled my subscription. Something wrong with the buying procedure. Guys the customer can change his/her mind and good if are able to withdraw. If I could see what is the requirements of the duo pack I really sure that I remain in the individual plan/pack. I am really disappointed.
