Fake artists keeps popping on

Hi!

Will there be an option/button in the app to report or block "artists" who hijack verified artists' profiles by using the same name and their "music" is readily published without any background check? They are getting streaming numbers by fraud. I would mark them with "Don't play this artist," but it means I would also block the artist with the same name I actually follow and listen to. Let fans help you, Spotify!
