How do I change playlists that show up in windows 11 focus assit?

I just got a new computer (lenovo, yoga, 7i) with windows 11 as the base model. I'm trying to learn the new features, and I found focus assist, which is connected to spotify. 

I didn't have a problem with linking the two, or with spotify playing. However, I did notice that the only playlists that showed up as available in the focus assist window page were the ones labled 'deep focus' (which I've never listened to before) and a True Crime podcast (which I have listened to before). I can't add playlists or customize what I to show up for focus assist at all. Is there any way to do this? Or will I have to always choose something from focus assist's auto-generated list, and then change it when spotify opens?
