New SideBar Slow, Issues for users with 1000s of playlists

Since Spotify installed the new SideBar for Playlists I've had 2 huge issues.  1st the online browser doesn't display any of my 8000+ playlists.  2nd the Spotify App takes forever to do anything; creating a playlist, opening a playlist, deleting a playlist, opening a playlist folder etc, all take ages.  Spotify can't work out the issue and wondered if I know anyone else with lots of playlists who has the same issue.  Spotify don't have any test logins with a quantity of playlists like we do, so their test logins all work perfectly.
