Option to remove Facebook login

I would appreciate if I could unlink my account from Facebook without losing every song that I have saved and all the knowledge the system has aquired about me over all these years. I didn't find the concept to force users to log in with a Facebook account for easier sharing of user content very convincing to begin with and it's certainly a good thing that this isn't necessary anymore. To my knowledge, there are personal connections between the CEO's of Spotify and Facebook and there have been plans (or Plan Bs) that Facebook - or Meta - could be a potential buyer for Spotify if the stars allign. I have the suspicion that this is the reason why it's still not possible to just simply remove Facebook connectivity from your Spotify account.

I do trust Spotify and I'm absolutely cool with the fact that the algorithm collects a lot of data about my listening habits in order to make great suggestions. That's what makes Spotify so absolutely awesome in the first place. But I don't trust Meta/Facebook. In fact, if there is a big tech company that I distrust immensely, then it's Meta. I would have deleted my Facebook account the day before yesterday if it wouldn't be for the Spotify login that forces me to go along with it. That's annoying and as I said before, I would therefore appreciate an option to remove Facebook without losing everything.
