Question about playlist filtering

Hello!

Is it possible to choose a playlist and filter it's contents by playcount?

For example a "best of 90's" playlist but filter out all songs that have over 5mil plays.

Idea is to have a list of all the most popular albums but filter out the hit singles so that what remains in the list is the songs that I haven't heard a billon times.
