Spotify Customer Service Threatened To Close My Account For No Reason

After requesting assistance removing payment methods from my account due to the Spotify running new Home Screen interface beta tests on paid users, and after 3 customer service reps closed the conversation (wasn’t even rude to them so that was shocking) they threatened to instead close my entire account and lose access to everything, after I said “No.”

Just a warning, don’t reach out to Spotify for help, they will take it upon themselves to close accounts without recourse.
