Spotify auto logout when go to another country

This problems happened at my family's spotify.

I helped him login at home, however, when he go to another country for work, after using it for 2 weeks, the spotify auto logout.

As my family member do not know how to use the app to login thus it quite troublesome. Currently, he is not able to use the spotify.

PS: The spotify is login through the facebook account

Anyone knows the reasons and the ways to solve this problem?
