Spotify free on SkyQ

I have Spotify free on SkyQ   For the last three days when I go to Spotify first thing each day I get a black screen with a white square saying something went wrong with a green tab saying try again but this does not work. I have contacted sky and we then go a long process of refreshing the apps. That does not make Spotify work. We then reset the SkyQ box and I get the sign on screen for Spotify which lets me sign on  and it the works but when I attempt to access the Spotify service the next day I am back to square on again. This can’t be right. I am gradually loosing confidence in the service
